Pet Parent Tip: Adopt Don’t Shop

The Adopt Don’t Shop message is one that is picking up steam – and we’re doing all we can to help spread this message and prove that dog adoption and cat adoption is key to helping us solve pet homelessness.

In this week’s Vlog, Rocky starts by showing some of the behind the scenes look at Crossroads Campus in Nashville Tennessee. In this video, we see Delores Carter, Humane Education and Animal Care Manager for Crossroads. Rocky has fun with some of the cast and crew that has become family over the long days and nights on the road. Countless hours go into working with shelters to fix them up. This is an emotional journey and Rocky is very thankful to have such a great team with him. But that doesn’t mean that a lot of joking around isn’t in order.

We also get a glimpse of Jake, an amazing liver color spotted Dalmatian with a wonderful story. Rocky works with Jake as he commits to getting him adopted out.
